What happens next?

We will review the information you provided in your initial call, email, or form submission. We will follow up to schedule a Zoom meeting or phone call to discuss your case in greater detail, answer any questions, and decide whether we want to take your case (and vice versa, whether you want us to take your case). After that, if we both wish to move forward, we will send you an engagement letter establishing our relationship as attorney and client.

What do we charge?

Your consultation is free. Once we formally agree to work together, we will agree to a structure for payment of our fees.

We use a variety of arrangements for our fees. In some cases, we charge for our services through an hourly rate or alternative arrangements like hybrid, flat fees, caps, and more. In other cases, we work on contingency, meaning we are only paid if we are successful in obtaining money for you through a settlement or verdict, and are paid a percentage of the money recovered.

Whatever the arrangement, we will discuss it in detail to make sure everyone is comfortable before working together.

Is it confidential even if I haven’t hired you yet?

Yes. Our discussions about potentially working together and any documents you share with us are confidential, even if we decide not to work together.
